I had to wait for parts and tools for far too long but I cannot blame the dealership; the dealership installed the parts when everything arrived and did not try to tell me there were non-warranty related costs. GM needs to better support its EV's if it wants people to trust them long term.

Didn’t tell me about the buy 3 get 1 for a $1 tire deal until I brought it up. Wasn’t able to get rims covered under warranty for resealing. To fix out of warranty was over $200/wheel so went elsewhere. When I left all my TPMS sensors were reporting incorrect numbers and the front left one is now broken.

I am sorry that your tire and wheel service contract that you purchased in Fla did not cover bead sealing. I remember you said that you are military. Furthermore I was unable to cover the bead reseal by calling it something else as you requested as that would have been unethical. As far as the tire sensors we discussed them and you declined the repair because you has a $100.00 deductible with your Fla service contract co.

I have been going here for years for service as we have purchased many cars over the years. This was the first time I was not happy with my experience. I was told our coolent cap was off/not there and was losing fluid and needed to pay a hefty price to replace the cap and to flush/replace the fluid. They were the last and only ones to service my car so I am very surprised it happened and they did not take ownership AND that they would even charge me a hefty price to make it right. The price was significantly above competators. Not a great way to do business and to a loyal customer!

I let the service department know that my remotes weren't working. They asked me to sign for a $200 plus charge to diagnosis the problem. But I didn't have time to wait for that, so I told them not to worry about it. I went home, googled the issue, bought new batteries for the remotes for a couple dollars, changed the batteries in a few minutes, and the remotes now work perfect. This isn't the first time the service department has tried to charge for service that I didn't need and has said there was some bigger problem than the actual problem. I've had other issues with the service department as well. I no longer feel comfortable bringing my car for service there, which is disappointing because I do very much like the car and I also had a great experience with the salesperson Lou who sold me this car. I was hoping to have a long-term relationship with this dealership, but that isn't in the cards any more.

I worked with the advisor Michael (the never told me the mechanic who worked on my car), I told him I didn’t have the money for all of the upselling he was pitching to me. Instead of letting me do these upgrades over time, they purposely messed with one of my brakes, HVAC motor, and headlight and tried to inflate pricing. I will NEVER be bringing my car back here. They’re crooks.

Ripped off! Took the car in for a recall service and they called to tell me they needed to to replace the washer fluid pump. They says the pump was $16. When o went to pick it up the bill was over $500. They charged me two of service($215/hour) for a 15 minute job.

Felt little unsure upon the first visit because a service needed symbol was showing off and on on the screen that the technician could not detect. Had to make an appointment to detect. From that was told it was the battery still feeling little unsure but told technician to go ahead and put new battery in which I now feel that was the problem. Even though it’s been about two weeks I have not seen anything unusual showing on the screen. Gives me hope that I can have faith in not being ripped off. Things are so expensive and it’s hard enough having to pay these prices especially knowing you need a car. Would live to get a senior discount if possible.

I left, and the light went on. It took too long for the service despite having an appointment. My car is only one year old. I went to have my "free" one year oil change and I was charged for the service because I went passed my one year anniversary although the car only had 6,000 miles.
